South Central Agency, Inc. is a full-service commercial and residential real estate settlement company and Agent for First American Title Insurance Company, one of the largest and longest standing companies in the industry. They are an all-encompassing title company with law and title professionals in-house to provide reliable guidance and help you through the settlement process to ensure a smooth closing.

Approached with the task of revitalizing the South Central Agency, Inc. logo and creating a website presence for the blooming company, it was time to embark on a complete rebrand. As a foundational step, the logo process involved several iterations until we landed on this patriotic identity with a logomark that effectively communicates their dealings in both the commercial and residential markets. Putting this new branding into action, I developed a style guide to act as the north star for design choices and subsequently established a consistent visual identity across business cards, envelopes, and a presentation folder. Serving as creative lead for the final component, I developed a series of mockups for the website splash page and industry landing pages that were not only based on the clients needs and desires, but clearly communicated the distinction between the two service lines and reaffirmed the newly established brand identity. I was project manager for the front-end development of the website and oversaw Donjetë Vuniqi in building out the base website functionality.
