Locations

Each unit is carpeted throughout, with vinyl flooring in the kitchen and bath. On site laundry is available and we do allow pets at several complexes. We allow 1 small dog or cat, up to 25 lbs. full-grown.

There is a $400 non refundable pet fee and there is $30 per month added to the monthly rent. Six (6) month or one (1) year leases are available immediately. There is a $20 credit check/application fee. Tenant will be required to pay various utilities. Upon approval, tenant will pay security deposit (same amount as rent) and first month’s rent to move in.
